Energy industry
We manufacture complex equipment for applications in the energy industry: components for combustion air filtration systems of gas turbines, components for exhaust gas systems with thermal and acoustic insulation, intake and exhaust ducts, base frames for turbines, generators and compressors, as well as housings for engines and generators.
Earthmoving machinery
We manufacture subassemblies and complex structures for earthmoving machinery, including crushers for recovering materials from demolition, components for excavators and front loaders, frames and structures for high-capacity dump trucks, arms and structures for heavy-duty equipment, as well as presses designed for compacting metal waste.
Military industry
Comelf manufactures equipment and components for the military industry, supplied to global partners. The products meet strict quality and safety requirements, being produced in accordance with international standards and based on AQAP 2110 certification.
Naval equipment
We manufacture components for commercial and military vessels, deck elements and structures for cranes and mooring systems, as well as metal structures for port infrastructure and anchoring systems, all tailored to the specific requirements of the naval industry.
Railway equipment
We manufacture chassis and metal frames for locomotives and railcars, welded structures for railway maintenance equipment, and structures for railway intervention vehicles, in accordance with the international standards applicable to the rail industry.
Hydromechanical equipment
We manufacture water treatment installations, spiral cases and housings for hydraulic turbines, metal structures for dams and locks, as well as gates and valves used for regulating and controlling water flow, all produced in accordance with the technical specifications of the hydropower sector.
Tanks and pressure vessels
We manufacture tanks for industrial fluids and technical gases, metal containers for chemical and petroleum products, as well as storage tanks used in various industrial processes, all produced in compliance with industry regulations and safety requirements.

Laboratory Services and Measurements
Comelf’s laboratories are equipped with advanced testing and measurement instruments, enabling the assessment of material quality and metallic structures in accordance with international standards.

- Tensile and compression testing for metallic materials and welded joints
- Brinell, Vickers, and Rockwell hardness testing
- Impact bending tests on Charpy specimens, at ambient or low temperatures
- Fracture and bending tests
- Macroscopic and microscopic examinations for evaluating welded joints
- Geometric verification of machine tools using the Ballbar method
- High-precision three-dimensional measurements with FARO Laser Tracker or FARO measuring arm
