Employee training and specialisation

Welders:

  • Comelf has its own welding school with over 20 years of experience, equipped with a virtual welding simulator and welding machines for MIG/MAG and TIG processes.
  • Qualification of welding procedures and welders is conducted by internationally accredited bodies.

Mechanical Fitters:

  • Operators are trained in a dedicated workshop equipped for practical instruction.

CNC Operators:

  • Training is conducted using simulators and hands-on applications under the supervision of industry specialists.
