About us
Comelf S.A. is a manufacturer of complex metal structures and of carbon steel and stainless steel components for various sectors, including the energy field, for renewable energies, earthmoving machinery and environmental protection equipment.
Our company has been listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange since 1995, being one of the ten firms that contributed to the establishment of the exchange. Since 1999, Comelf has been part of the Uzinsider Group, with 100% Romanian capital, making it one of the most important industrial entities in Romania.
Manufacturing facilities:
Comelf manufacturing activity is carried out in 3 factories, located in Bistrița:
- FPI (the Stainless Steel Products Factory)
- FUET (the Earthmoving Machinery & Equipment Factory)
- FCT (the Earthmoving Components & Subassemblies Factory) Subansamble)
Our activity is carried out on a 174,000 sqm area, our of which approximately 88,500 sqm are covered manufacturing facilities.
